Our Service is summarised by the following:
Simple pricing - All accommodation is priced per property per week, not per person, and include car hire hire or transfers, with the exception of hotels where the prices are per person. Please note, as we don't want to pass on unneccesary costs to our clients we only include transfers for two people per booking for our Alonissos and Skopelos Holidays as, if only two people are booking, it would be unfair to include the extra costs. For this reason we charge a seperate transfer cost for each additional person booking when there are more than two people booking.
Experience - Two of our directors have more than 20 years combined experience in operating holidays to the Greek Islands and their advice and suggestions are offered freely
Personal service - a representative will visit once during your stay to ensure you have everything you need. We will also provide you with 24 hour contact numbers whilst away in case you need any assistance of any kind during your stay.
Welcome pack – all self-cateringbookings receive a complimentary welcome pack of basic provisions - tea, milk, bread etc - to get you started
Flights are additional – these are not included in our prices in order to give you the flexibility to fly from the airport of your choice. We can book these for you or you can book them yourselves
Flexibility – We want you to be able to design a holiday that specifically suits you so, we offer flexible change-over days, flexible duration of stay, two centre holidays and, of course, the opportunity to choose flights that suit you.
Consumer protection - As members of ABTA, ATOL and AITO you can be assured that you are fully protected. Any flights booked through Island Ambience are ATOL protected, since we hold an Air Travel Organiser's Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 3525. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you may have paid to us for an advance booking (www.atol.org.uk). We are also members of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA No V3120), ensuring both your financial protection and high standards of professionalism and reliability (www.abta.com).
